This Right of Withdrawal Policy applies to consumers who purchase goods from LordsWorld through a distance contract, including orders placed through the LordsWorld website.

It does not apply to customers acting for purposes connected with their trade, business, craft or profession.

Your Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from an eligible purchase contract within 14 calendar days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

If several goods forming part of the same order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the last good.

If a product is delivered in several lots or pieces, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the final lot or piece.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform LordsWorld of your decision by means of a clear and unequivocal statement before the withdrawal period expires.

Online Withdrawal Request

Registered customers may submit a withdrawal declaration directly from their LordsWorld customer account:

  1. Log in to your customer account.
  2. Open Order History or the details of the relevant order.
  3. Select Withdraw from contract.
  4. Select the concerned product and quantity.
  5. Review and confirm the withdrawal declaration.

The online withdrawal function accepts one product line per declaration. If you wish to withdraw from more than one product in the same order, submit a separate declaration for each product.

After a declaration has been successfully submitted, LordsWorld will:

  • assign a unique withdrawal request reference;
  • record the selected order, product and quantity;
  • record the date and time of submission;
  • send an acknowledgement by email;
  • attach a PDF copy of the applicable Right of Withdrawal Policy; and
  • make the request available in the Your withdrawals section of the customer account.

The date and time recorded when the declaration is successfully submitted constitute evidence of its receipt by LordsWorld.

Withdrawal by Email or Post

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal by sending a clear written statement to:

LordsWorld SRLS
Via Antonio Gramsci 47
25015 Desenzano del Garda (BS)
Italy
Email: [email protected]
Telephone: +39 320 3222 325
WhatsApp: +39 340 9671 873

Your communication should include, where possible:

  • your full name;
  • your order reference;
  • the product concerned;
  • the quantity concerned; and
  • a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal declaration before the 14-day period expires.

Administrative Status of an Online Request

A withdrawal request submitted through the website may display one of the following administrative statuses:

  • Received: the declaration has been received and registered;
  • Under review: LordsWorld is verifying the request and the applicable eligibility conditions;
  • Completed: the withdrawal procedure has been completed;
  • Rejected: LordsWorld has determined that the request does not satisfy the applicable legal eligibility requirements.

A rejected request remains permanently recorded and the same product quantity cannot be submitted again through the online withdrawal function.

If you disagree with a rejection or require clarification, you may contest the decision by contacting [email protected], quoting the withdrawal request reference.

The administrative status shown by the module does not restrict or replace any mandatory rights available to you under applicable consumer law.

Eligibility and Statutory Exclusions

The right of withdrawal applies only where the conditions established by applicable consumer law are satisfied.

The right of withdrawal may be excluded in circumstances expressly provided by law, including, where applicable:

  • goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised;
  • goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
  • sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery;
  • goods which, after delivery, have become inseparably mixed with other goods because of their nature;
  • sealed audio recordings, sealed video recordings or sealed computer software that have been unsealed after delivery;
  • digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement of the loss of the right of withdrawal; and
  • other goods or contracts expressly excluded under applicable consumer law.

Any exclusion will be assessed according to the specific characteristics of the product and the applicable statutory provisions.

Effects of Withdrawal

Where the withdrawal is valid, LordsWorld will reimburse the payments received for the goods concerned, together with any original delivery costs that must be reimbursed under applicable law.

The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which LordsWorld is informed of your decision to withdraw.

LordsWorld may withhold reimbursement until:

  • the returned goods have been received; or
  • you have supplied evidence that the goods have been sent back;

whichever occurs first.

The reimbursement will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to another method. You will not incur fees as a consequence of the reimbursement.

LordsWorld Fulfilment and Delivery Methods

LordsWorld sells goods and does not independently provide transport services.

The fulfilment or delivery methods displayed at checkout depend on the product, destination, dimensions, weight, packaging and logistical requirements of the order.

Standard - Customer Carrier Pickup From designated warehouse

Standard - Customer Carrier Pickup From designated warehouse is LordsWorld’s standard fulfilment method where it is offered and available for the relevant order.

Under this method, the goods are prepared and made available at the designated warehouse for collection by a suitable carrier independently appointed, contracted and paid by the customer.

Transport is not included in this method.

Any transport contract concluded directly between the customer and the customer-appointed carrier is separate from the sales contract with LordsWorld.

Any amount paid directly by the customer to an independently appointed carrier is not an amount received by LordsWorld and cannot be reimbursed by LordsWorld.

Third-Party Delivery Services Offered at Checkout

If the customer cannot or does not wish to appoint a carrier independently, LordsWorld may make third-party delivery services available at checkout, including services identified as MBE ITALIA or LordsWorld Express or eventual available carrier at checkout.

These delivery services are performed by independent carriers or logistics providers. LordsWorld facilitates the booking and collects the quoted transport amount through the order, but LordsWorld is not the physical carrier.

The availability, price and estimated transit time of a third-party delivery service depend on the characteristics of the individual order and destination.

Refund of Original Fulfilment or Delivery Costs

Full Withdrawal

If you validly withdraw from the entire eligible order, LordsWorld will reimburse the original fulfilment or delivery cost to the extent required by applicable consumer law.

The reimbursable amount will be determined by reference to the least expensive standard fulfilment or delivery method genuinely offered and available for that specific order, product configuration and destination.

Where Standard - Customer Carrier Pickup From designated warehouse was genuinely offered and available as LordsWorld’s least expensive standard fulfilment method, any reimbursement will be limited to the amount paid directly to LordsWorld for that standard method, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If you selected a more expensive third-party delivery service, such as MBE ITALIA LordsWorld Express or other, LordsWorld is not required to reimburse the supplementary amount exceeding the cost of the least expensive standard method offered and available for the order.

Transport costs paid directly by you to a carrier independently appointed for warehouse collection are not payments received by LordsWorld and are not refundable by LordsWorld.

Partial Withdrawal

LordsWorld permits a withdrawal request to be submitted for one or more individual products or quantities forming part of an order, subject to separate declarations where required by the online function.

In the event of a valid partial withdrawal, LordsWorld will reimburse the price paid for the eligible returned products.

Any reimbursement of the original fulfilment or delivery charge will be determined according to applicable law and the effect of the partial withdrawal on the original transport cost.

No portion of the original delivery cost will normally be reimbursed where the same charge would have applied to the products retained by the customer.

Returning the Goods

Unless LordsWorld has expressly agreed to collect the goods, you must return them without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.

Returned goods must be sent to:

LORDSWORLD – RETURNS
Via dei Francesi 10W
46040 Solferino (MN)
Italy

The return deadline is respected if you send the goods before the 14-day return period expires.

Please wait for the return instructions associated with your request before dispatching the goods. Waiting for those instructions does not alter the date on which your withdrawal declaration was submitted or reduce your statutory rights.

Direct Cost of Returning the Goods

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless:

  • LordsWorld has expressly agreed in writing to bear that cost;
  • LordsWorld failed to inform you before purchase that you would be responsible for the direct return cost; or
  • applicable law provides otherwise.

For bulky, heavy, palletised, fragile or non-postal goods, the direct return cost may be substantial and may be similar to or greater than the original transport cost.

You are responsible for appointing a suitable return carrier, arranging any required insurance and ensuring that the goods are properly packed, secured and protected during transport.

Where goods cannot normally be returned by ordinary postal service, the applicable estimated return transport cost or the method used to calculate that estimate will be communicated before the consumer becomes bound by the purchase, in accordance with the information provided on the product page, at checkout or in the applicable shipping information.

Condition of Returned Goods

You may inspect and handle the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, in the same way as would reasonably be permitted in a physical shop.

You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for that purpose.

The goods should be returned complete with all supplied accessories, components, manuals and other included items.

Where reasonably possible, the goods should also be returned in their original packaging. The absence of the original packaging does not automatically extinguish the right of withdrawal, but any damage or loss of value caused by inadequate packaging or excessive handling may be taken into account.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

The right of withdrawal is separate from your rights relating to defective, damaged, non-conforming or incorrectly supplied goods.

If a product is defective, damaged in transit, not as described or different from the product ordered, please contact LordsWorld promptly and do not submit the matter solely as a change-of-mind withdrawal.

Such cases may be governed by the statutory legal guarantee of conformity, under which different provisions concerning remedies and transport costs may apply.
