You may also use the withdrawal form available in the Order History section of our website, selecting the concerned order and product and use the ADD A MESSAGE section to communicate "Apply my right of withdrawal" as the reason. To meet the withdrawal deadline, simply send your communication regarding your exercise of the right before the 14-day period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

Upon withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method), without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless agreed otherwise, with no fees for you.

The refund may be withheld until we have received the returned goods, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earliest.

Please return the goods to "LORDSWORLD, Via Dei Francesi 10W, 46040. Solferino (Mn), Italy" without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period expires. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
