Standard - Customer Carrier Pickup From designated warehouse is LordsWorld’s standard fulfilment method where it is offered and available for the relevant product and order.

Under this method, LordsWorld prepares the purchased goods and makes them available for collection at the warehouse designated for that specific order. Transport is not included.

LordsWorld uses different warehouses and logistical locations. The applicable collection address depends on the product, supplier, stock location, packaging requirements and order configuration.

The final collection address must not be assumed from LordsWorld’s registered office, return address, previous collections or any warehouse address shown elsewhere on the website.

Designated Collection Warehouse

The exact collection warehouse will be communicated after the order has been verified and prepared for fulfilment.

The customer must wait for written confirmation containing:

  • the designated warehouse address;
  • the applicable collection contact;
  • the order or collection reference;
  • the collection date or appointment window;
  • the number, dimensions and weight of the packages, where available;
  • vehicle, loading or equipment requirements; and
  • any warehouse-specific access or safety instructions.

An order is not ready for collection merely because payment has been completed or the order has been confirmed.

The customer or appointed carrier must not travel to, contact or attempt collection from any warehouse before receiving the specific readiness and collection confirmation from LordsWorld.
