Where FAQ answers come from
We prepare FAQ drafts from synchronized product descriptions and specifications, category information, store policy pages, reviewed technical documents, and recurring customer questions and the responses we provide to help customers solve their needs. When a response may help people with similar needs, we can generalize it for an FAQ, remove personal or order-specific details, and check it against reliable current sources.
How an answer is reviewed
An AI model can help identify a useful question, organize source information, and prepare a draft. It does not approve or publish the answer. A LordsWorld reviewer checks the evidence, technical accuracy, language, page assignment, and whether the answer is still current. The reviewer can edit or reject any draft. Only an approved revision is published.
Product and general FAQs
A product question is attached to the relevant product. A category or policy question is attached to the relevant category or information page. Answers with broader value can also be included in the general FAQ directory. Product recommendations are not presented as suitability guarantees unless the source evidence supports that claim.
Originals and translations
The source language is retained and marked as the original. After approval, translations can be prepared with AI assistance. Translated entries are identified as AI translated. The original source is not replaced by a translation. Translations are reviewed before publication.
Privacy and customer information
Baseline FAQ drafting uses relevant store page or reviewed source text. It does not require customer names, email addresses, account identifiers, order numbers, addresses, or payment information, and these details are not sent as part of baseline generation. A customer question proposed for public use must first be rewritten as a general question and stripped of identifying or order-specific details. Private support records remain separate from public FAQ content.
The public FAQ displays approved questions, answers, and language provenance. It does not display private messages or customer identifiers. The configured AI provider processes the source text submitted to generate a draft under the provider settings and applicable terms.
Corrections
If an answer is incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate, contact LordsWorld through the contact page. We can review, correct, or remove the published FAQ. For information about personal data rights, see the Privacy Policy.
