7. Orders and Payments
- All orders facilitated through AfroEuro Mercantile are subject to acceptance and availability.
- Payment terms will be agreed upon by the parties involved in the transaction. AfroEuro Mercantile may offer various payment methods as indicated on our platform.
8. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping and delivery terms will be agreed upon by the parties involved in each transaction. AfroEuro Mercantile does not handle the shipping and delivery of goods directly.
- It is the responsibility of the parties to clearly outline and agree upon the shipping terms, including the choice of Incoterms (e.g., EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP) which define the responsibilities of sellers and buyers regarding the shipment, insurance, documentation, customs clearance, and other logistical activities.
- Users must provide accurate delivery information. AfroEuro Mercantile is not liable for any delays or losses resulting from incorrect delivery details or issues arising during transit.
9. Returns and Refunds
- Return and refund policies will be determined by the parties involved in each transaction. AfroEuro Mercantile does not handle returns or refunds directly.
- It is essential for the parties to agree on the return and refund terms before completing a transaction. This includes the duration of the return window, who bears the return shipping costs, and the condition in which the returned products must be.
- Users should ensure they understand the return and refund policies of the other party to avoid any disputes.
10. Limitation of Liability
- AfroEuro Mercantile will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
- Our total liability to you for any damages arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions will not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services.
