You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days.
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you acquires physical possession of the last good.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (insert your name, geographical address and, where available, your telephone number, fax number and e-mail address) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an express statement (e.g. letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).
For this purpose, you can use the form in the Order History indicating as a reason, Apply my right of withdrawal, (not compulsory).
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal:
If You withdraw from this contract, You shall be refunded all payments You have made to us, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from Your possible choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by Us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which We are informed of Your decision to withdraw from this contract.
Such refunds will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any costs as a result of such refund.
Refunds may be suspended until we have received the goods or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

The deadline is met if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for the diminished value of the goods resulting from handling the goods in a manner other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
