Handling & Dispatch Time

We process and dispatch all standard in-stock orders within 24 business hours after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Estimated delivery times are indicated on the product page. For all products including those out of stock, if you require confirmation, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order.

Order Fulfilment and Carriers

We ship from our European warehouses and work with trusted local and international partners including DHL, UPS, TNT, SDA, BRT (Bartolini), Poste Italiane, among others. Available shipping options are shown during checkout based on your order and location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are estimated on product pages based on your location. These may vary due to destination-specific surcharges or adverse weather conditions. The estimate shown applies to single items. When you add multiple items to your cart, combined shipping rates typically reduce your total cost.

We keep shipping transparent — costs are shown separately from product prices. At checkout, real-time shipping rates from the selected carrier are displayed so you can choose the service that suits you best.

Order Tracking and Status Updates

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to follow your shipment online. We will also send status updates by email until the package is delivered.

For orders with multiple items having different delivery times, the order will be shipped according to the longest lead time, unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery Attempts

In case the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt a second delivery. If both attempts fail, the package may be redirected to a nearby collection point. You will be notified with instructions for redelivery or pickup.

If you anticipate not being available at the time of delivery, please contact us in advance to reschedule.

Shipping Responsibility

Shipping costs, where applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout. Handling is free of charge. Transport costs are calculated based on the destination, weight, and volume of your order.

Orders travel at our risk until they are successfully delivered. Upon delivery, responsibility is transferred to the customer. For added assurance, we recommend that you accept parcels conditionally in cases of visible damage to the packaging.

In the event of delivery refusal, the product will be returned to us. A refund will be issued for the item only, excluding outbound and return shipping costs.

Non-Receipt Claim Procedure

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at spedizioni@lordsworld.eu within 15 working days of the delivery status update. Include your order number or reference to assist with the claim process.

After this period, LordsWorld may not be able to accommodate claims of non-receipt. This policy ensures that we can act quickly and effectively to resolve any delivery issues.
