Free jet sandblaster 24 litres for sandblasting with dimension Size 80 cm x 50 cm. Abrasive tube diameter 16 x 30 of 10 meters connected. Nozzle, sieve, Mask M01. Maximum pressure: 7 bar
The free-jet sandblasting machines work by throwing, using a jet of compressed air, both metal (steel, stainless steel, aluminum, etc.) and non-metallic abrasives (sand, corundum, garnet, glass microspheres, ceramic microspheres, granules plastics, etc.).
It is therefore necessary in addition to the sandblasting machine, a compressor whose capacity will be a function of the size of the SANDBLASTER and the diameter of the nozzle mounted on the lance.
Created to allow the sandblasting operation to be performed on site, the SANDBLASTER has two wheels and a handle to facilitate handling. The abrasive is loaded into the upper hopper and then the machine is operated by a remote control lever usually positioned on the lance.
Sandblasting can be performed on various types of surfaces: on all metals in general (steel, cast iron, aluminum, brass, etc.), glass, natural stone (marble, basalt, etc.), wood, ceramic, etc.
