Lordsworld delivers mainly to the Europe and the Mediterranean Basin, we also deliver worldwide on request, please contact us for further informations.
Orders are usually shipped within 24 business hours except weekends and holidays after receipt of payment and are send via most trustable local and international delivery companies such as UPS, TNT, SDA, BARTOLINI or POSTEITALIANE.
Transparency is part of our business policy, as a result we continuously improve our services as to reflect this.
The shipping cost is estimated on the product pages based on your country, but due to local cost and weather conditions, these prices may vary.
The estimated cost on product page is intended for one article, not to worry, the more article you add to your cart, the more the total shipping cost per article is reduced (more savings).
We prefer putting the shipping cost and the product cost separately, this way you know for what you are actually paying for.
This also helps us to avoid lying, saying we offer free shipping when we know that you are actually paying.
On the checkout page, the exact shipping cost will be displayed real time directly from the delivery company’s server so you can choose the delivery service that suites you best.
Whatever the shipment choice, we will provide a link to track the package online, in addition, we will keep you updated on the order status and its position until delivery.
It is advisable to check the delivery times for each item as they vary, this information can be found on the product and cart page.
If the products have different delivery times, we will ship according to the information found on the product page and the delivery time found on the cart page.
In any case, if all the ordered items has different delivery time, the best practice is to check or ask for more information to avoid misunderstandings.
The delivery takes place within the estimated time frame at the time of purchase and, in any case, within the maximum term of 28 working days from the confirmation date. (For articles produced on order).
If delivery was not possibile due to recipient’s absence at time of delivery, a second attempt will be made, if no success on second attempt, the order will be sent to a collection point and you will be duly informed, in this case, a notice will specify where the order is located and how to arrange a new delivery or collection.
Please, if you will not be available at delivery location on the agreed date and time, we kindly ask to be contacted again to arrange a new delivery date.
Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility and are explicitly highlighted at the time the order is placed or included in the cost of the product, handling costs are free, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment, article size and delivery location.
Your order will be shipped at our risk and will become your responsibility as soon as it is delivered to you, on accepting delivery, we strongly recommend acceptance subject to inspection and an annotation in case of any visible damage.
The refusal to collect the purchased item on delivery entails it’s automatic return to us, therefore we will refund the value of the item ordered excluding shipping costs and any costs sustained for the return.
The delivery packages are properly sized and the items are well protected.
