CLARIFICATION OF SHIPPING COST ON PRODUCT PAGE

1a, Initial cost displayed with values are per article (empty cart), if desired quantity of article is more, please add the desired quantity and reload the browser for the cost to be updated.

1b, Please note that if you have articles in the cart, the shipping cost viewed on product page reflects the quantity of product in cart after browser has been reloaded.

2, Shipping costs on this page or other product pages are estimates only, the final shipping cost will be available on the checkout page.

3a, The shipping costs without values on product pages are automatically recovered from the courier's server in real time based on your delivery address (For transparency reasons towards you).

3b, To get the shipping cost value, you have to be registered and have a valid delivery address in your account.

3c, Add the desired quantity of product to cart and navigate to another product's page to see the final shipping cost (for multiple products, repeat this step).

4, The pick up in person is for those who want to pick up directly their order from our warehouse in Solferino Italy, this option is available only for some products (You can also send your trusted freight forwarder) 

5a, For the "Cargo" shipment the estimate is not precise, we publish the lowest value based on our historical sales.

5b, As we have not yet made sales in some countries, regions or cities, we suggest to ask for a quote before completing the purchase. 

5c, In any case, you will be duly informed of any additional delivery costs, if there are any to be paid after purchase.

5d, We will also reimburse you for any excess costs if what we have incurred is less than what you have paid.
