Legal Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without providing any reason, starting from the day you or a third party indicated by you (not the carrier) takes possession of the last item.
Commercial Warranty & Compliance
LordsWorld is responsible for any defects in the products sold on lordsworld.eu under Italian law. Return shipping costs for defective products are at our expense. Returns are free if the item is delivered damaged, defective, or not as described.
Return/Refund Request
You can request a return/refund from your account under "Product Returns" or "Order History" for multiple items. Alternatively, contact us at admin@lordsworld.eu with your order reference and reason for return.
Return Process
Each return label is product-specific. Items from different orders require separate labels unless combined in a single package. Prepaid return labels are country-specific. Warranty returns using our prepaid labels incur no cost.
Refund Conditions
Refunds are issued upon receipt and verification of returned goods. Opened bags of granular products or made-to-order items are not eligible. Refunds exclude return costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Change of Mind / Buyer Error
For returns due to change of mind or buyer error, the return cost is the same as the original shipping fee. If the product is technical or compatibility is uncertain, please contact us before placing your order. We're here to help!

Claims for Undelivered Orders
If your order status is marked “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, you must open a claim within 15 working days by emailing admin@lordsworld.eu. After this period, we cannot accept claims for missing deliveries.
